1. Can Hisoka just be CREEPY IN YOUR GENERAL DIRECTION, DIRECTED AT YOUR CHARACTER? Like innuendos and stuff. This mostly applies to characters who are strong or have a strong fighting spirit.
2. Can he use Bungee Gum on your character? Basically it's like attaching a piece of invisible rubber to them that he can use to yank them over or stick them to things. This is gonna be played for laughs more or less.
3. Violence/threats? No killing intent.
